Consultant – Strategy & Digital Transformation (f/m/o)Location: Cologne, full time

As a Consultant – Strategy & Digital Transformation, you will support the Qvest Media consulting team with their long-term strategic course and, over the short term, with the development of the special focus area of digital transformation in the broadcasting and media landscape. Here, you will actively contribute your experience of strategy development as well as of organisational and transformational projects in the media, digital and telecoms sector, and also help define our service offering. You will work together with the business unit management to expand our portfolio, address national and international projects in a leading role, and also lead consulting teams and new colleagues. In addition, you will participate in the search for suitable employees. Your field of activity – wide-ranging and varied

  • Set up and manage national and international consulting projects and their teams in the media / digital / telecoms sector
  • Play an active role defining, setting up and extending suitable tools and resources for growing our consulting business in Germany and abroad
  • Develop digital strategies and innovations and prepare and implement new business models for our clients
  • Prepare and present the basis of decision-making for our clients
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, events and other occasions
  • Collaborate with and support our sales organisation

Your profile – keen to learn and focused on the future

  • A degree in technology or business studies (ideally with a media-specific focus) or similar training
  • At least five years of appropriate professional experience and knowledge of the business models and processes relevant in the media world or similar sectors
  • Experience in project work and team leadership
  • Team skills and an independent and analytical approach to working
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and abroad
