Junior Service Technician Broadcast IT (f/m/o)Locations: Berlin, Cologne, Copenhagen, Munich, Paris, Zurich; full-time

Your tasks:

  • Technical support of our clients' national and international system installations in the media and TV sector.
  • On-site service, remote service, telephone and e-mail support
  • Installation, integration, commissioning and maintenance of AV and IT systems
  • Technical inductions and training of clients
  • Customer support
  • Support during the technical development of challenging tenders and offers
  • Sales support during client consultations and project discussions

Your profile:

  • Completed training and/or degree in IT, business informatics, engineering or similar, particularly with major in media technology, media informatics or online and new media. Lateral entrant with relevant and extensive practical experience.
  • Very good knowledge of operating systems (server & workstations) and network technology
  • Knowledge of databases, broadcasting IT and its infrastructure, streaming and video formats is useful
  • Desired certifications: Avid ACSR (Certified Support Representative), Cisco CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing & Switching) or MS SQL
  • Experience working in technical service and support is welcomed
  • Very high degree of orientation towards clients, service and solutions
  • Excellent ability to cope in stressful situations, distinct ability to de-escalate situations and work in a team
  • Convincing self presentation and assertiveness
  • Very good level of English and ideally of the respective local language
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
