Once again, a successful IBC has come to an end. With great satisfaction, we look back on the successful pre-launch of Qvest.Cloud and the many stimulating discussions we had with you around the topics of systems integration and consulting in the age of digital transformation.
We sincerely thank you for the time we spent with you at our stand, the keen interest you showed in our products and solutions, and the lively exchange with which you enriched our Qvest.Cloud Party. Below you find a summary of some of our highlights.
Qvest Media Consulting is fully committed to technical innovation and its implementation in our customers’ technology projects. We manage all kinds and sizes of media technology consulting projects with highly qualified and cross-functional teams of experts, so that the required competencies are available in every project phase.
Production platforms, MAM, integrated newsrooms, virtual real-time graphics, end-to-end workflows for 4K and HDR, studio automation systems, artificial intelligence, cloud migration and virtualisation, live remote production, OTT, comprehensive media monitoring – these are technology topics that we put into practice in international projects.
And the infrastructural reconstruction based on SMPTE ST 2110 for tpc switzerland ag also shows that All IP is no longer a vision of the future!
Qvest.Cloud completely breaks down the barriers between on-premise data centres, private clouds and public clouds. Thanks to the open interface design, third-party IT and media applications are aggregated into Qvest.Cloud, networked into an integrated end-to-end workflow and monitored via a central user interface.
This benefits not only traditional media companies, but all companies wishing to efficiently manage, distribute and monetise media assets. Integral components of Qvest.Cloud are functions such as workflow orchestration, cloud automation, user management with single sign-on, access management, monitoring, measuring, cost control and comprehensive IT security.
HMS, part of the Qvest Media Group, presented its successful DiSA playout automation now as a cloud application at the IBC. The company demonstrated its potential in view of the growing demands of new business models with modified, agile value chains. Besides ingest, graphics and playout, the DiSA web suite also includes apps for teletext/subtitles, ad insertion and compliance recording. All modules are integrated into Qvest.Cloud monitoring, logging and process control and will in future be available via the Qvest.Cloud app catalogue.
Manoeuvrability, flexibility and an innovative vehicle concept: our new production fleet for Ruptly offers state-of-the-art equipment for versatile production despite its compact size. Visitors to our outdoor stand learned how we were able to implement the specific customer requirement of equipping both special vehicles for full 4K/UHD productions within a competitive budget while at the same time complying with the rules for class B passenger car driving licences.
