ClipBox from HMS is the new and intuitive UHD/HD newsroom production playout for professional studio environments. With ClipBox, playlists can be created fast and automatically transferred from newsroom systems. This makes ClipBox a versatile multi-channel player.

ClipBox - Connectivity Open to all directions

With ClipBox, you get maximum freedom in workflow design. Thanks to its open system architecture, almost any modern newsroom system can be connected to ClipBox.

By default, ClipBox is equipped with full connectivity to leading newsroom solutions such as OpenMedia from CGI, iNews from Avid, Octopus and MAM systems such as Sony Hive or VidiFlow (formerly VPMS Platform) from Vidispine – an Arvato Systems brand. Other systems can also be easily connected via REST API interface.

Do you want to move all or part of your studio playout to the cloud? No problem. With the cloud playout solution q.air, which is based on the multicloud management platform qibb and contains MAKALU as a core component, you can move your playout to the cloud quickly and easily. As a cloud solution, you can scale q.air as you wish and adapt your infrastructure to changing capacity requirements in a flash.
